I previously held supervisory roles in Hong Kong Island’s Shangri La Hotel in the business centre. I also worked at Christie’s Auctions, handling the clients’ experience, administration, office management, department budgeting, P&L review, and training.
I’m now the manager in charge of operational control & IT. This includes the firm’s financial control, administration support for advisers, HR, payroll, procurement, onboarding clients (preparing documents, meeting, KYC check, etc), liaising with 3rd party providers, preparation of monthly/quarterly reports, monthly compliance meetings and interacting with clients on behalf of advisors.
